    Hi Kristin,

First of all, what you have done here is amazing! Are you currently open? If so, do you offer any beverages with mood-boosting botanicals or elixirs? I have been looking for a non-alcoholic beverage that is caffeine-free and still gives a buzz.

    • Kirstin Vracko on November 16, 2023 at 4:47 pm

Hi Morgan, Thank you so much! Yes, we had a soft opening last Tuesday and our grand opening is this Saturday. We do have functional beverages, and I’m sure we can find a good option for you. Looking forward to having you in the shop. Kirstin

I just saw an article about your store. I live in Chicago and am traveling to Portland OR to spend Thanksgiving with family. I have family in Seattle, I am having them stop by your shop for a bottle of your Malt whiskey and Cabernet Sauvignon. I haven’t had a drink in 22 years and miss the taste of whiskey. I can’t wait to have a glass of wine with dinner and a whiskey on the rocks after.

    • Kirstin Vracko on November 16, 2023 at 4:46 pm

Hi Summer! Thank you for the note. Congratulations on 22 years! I want to set your expectations with NA whiskey. While it does have flavors of whiskey it does not have the viscosity or mouthfeel and really the n/a whiskeys in the shop are meant to be mixed – not sipped on their own. I definitely don’t want you to be surprised or disappointed after such a long time.

    Congratulations and good for us!
I was just thinking about where in the city, I could find ingredients for mocktails. I saw your feature on Eater and just the next morning, on EverOut!

Looking forward to buying myself a little birthday present at your shop.
